- Strip: COB 480 LED/m, CRI 95+, 2700K, 24V, 10mm — guest-room and lobby coves.
- Profile: Recessed aluminium with frosted PMMA diffuser, 17×8 mm — cut to length per drawing.
- Driver: Meanwell HLG / ELG series or our SELV Class 2 PSU, sized at 80% load.
- Control: DALI-2 DT8 gateway, pre-programmed scenes shipped on the device.

The minimum spec we ship for front-of-house in a 4–5 star property. Anything below this we've seen come back as a complaint:

What's in the Box When We Ship
Every hotel project leaves the factory the same way. This list is what removes site-day surprises:
- Strip cut to exact length per drawing, lead-in cable soldered, labelled per room/floor/zone
- Driver sized at 80% load with matched DALI/DMX/0-10V interface
- Aluminium profile cut, end caps and mounting clips bagged per run
- Wiring diagram per electrical circuit (PDF + printed in box)
- Photometric IES/LDT files emailed at PO confirmation
- Pre-programmed control gateway with scenes (Welcome / Day / Dinner / Late-night / Cleaning)
- Spare strip allowance: 5% per CCT, kept in your warranty stock
Control Protocols We Pre-Program Before Shipping
Listed in order of frequency we deliver them in 2024–2025: DALI-2 DT8 (62% of projects) · DMX512/RDM (18%) · 0-10V (9%) · KNX (6%) · Tuya / Zigbee (3%) · Art-Net / sACN (2%). On-site commissioning averages 11 hours per property because the gateway arrives configured. If your BMS integrator needs a specific protocol, send us the spec at quote stage — we'll confirm gateway compatibility before PO.

5 Questions Hotel Buyers Actually Asked Us This Year
"Your CRI 95 looks the same as competitor X's CRI 95. How do I know it actually performs?"
CRI alone isn't enough — ask for the R9 value, the SDCM bin, and a sample from the production batch you'd receive, not a marketing sample. We send batch samples cut from the same reel that will ship to your project, with the test report attached.
"We've had strip-to-strip colour mismatch on the last project. How do you prevent it?"
We bin every LED batch to ≤ 3-step MacAdam and reserve stock per project at PO. Subsequent project shipments draw from the same reserved bin until your project is closed. The single-batch reservation is the part competitors usually skip.
"What MOQ for a 120-room boutique refurb?"
No project MOQ. Smallest hotel order shipped in 2024 was 480m. OEM (your label) MOQ is 500m per CCT.
"Will it integrate with our existing BMS / DALI bus?"
Send us the BMS spec at quote stage. We supply DALI-2 DT8, KNX, DMX, 0-10V and Art-Net gateways and pre-program scenes before shipping. Average on-site commissioning across the last 47 projects was 11 hours.
"What's the actual lead time, not the marketing lead time?"
Stock-spec strip: 7–10 working days ex-works. Custom CCT / cut-and-label project order: 18–25 days. Mock-up sample kit: 5 days. We block production capacity at PO so the lead time on the quote is the lead time you get.
