Every project follows the same six steps. Below is exactly what we need from you at each stage, and what you get back — so you can plan your own timeline before you send the first email.
We start with the application, not the part number — what the space is, how it will be controlled, and which approvals the project has to pass.
You sendApplication, target market, rough running metres, CCT/CRI preference, deadline.
You getA named contact, clarifying questions, and confirmation of what is technically feasible.
Strip, profile, power supply and controller are specified together as one system, with the voltage drop and load budget worked out per run.
You sendDrawings or a run-by-run list, mounting detail, dimming protocol (0–10V, DALI-2, DMX512), IP requirement.
You getWritten BOM, wiring diagram, driver sizing, datasheets and photometric files (IES / LDT) on request.
You approve the real product before any volume is committed. Samples are cut from the same materials and settings the production run will use.
You sendConfirmed spec, shipping address, and any reference sample you want us to match.
You getPhysical samples with a measurement report — lumen output, CCT, CRI and batch reference.

On lead times: the durations above are typical ranges for standard specifications, not fixed commitments. Custom PCB widths, non-standard CCT binning, private-label packaging and certification testing can extend them. You always receive a confirmed date in writing with the order confirmation — we would rather quote a realistic date than a fast one.

We manufacture. Senfey operates its own 15,000 ㎡ production facility in Shenzhen with 6 SMT lines and a monthly capacity of over 10,000 m of LED strip. We also source the profiles, drivers and controllers that complete a system, so a single order can cover the whole installation rather than just the strip.

Project MOQ starts from 500 m. Single production runs of up to 100,000 m are handled on one BOM, so colour and brightness stay consistent across the whole job.
Yes — this is the core of how we work. A Senfey system is specified as one package: LED strips, aluminium profiles with diffusers, power supplies, controllers, connectors and mounting accessories.
Our engineers size the drivers, calculate voltage drop per run and confirm the dimming protocol (0–10V, DALI-2, DMX512) before quoting, so the parts arrive matched instead of assembled on site from three suppliers.
Yes. Our Shenzhen facility is open to customer visits and third-party audits, and we can support your visa application with an invitation letter. If travelling is not practical, we run live video walkthroughs of the SMT lines, ageing racks and the specific batch being produced for your order.
Our management team also travels to Europe each year to meet distributors and contractors on their own site.
We build with genuine branded components and state them on the quotation. LED chips come from CREE, CITIZEN, Samsung and Sanan; drivers from Philips, OSRAM, LIFUD, EagleRise and Mean Well.
Every incoming batch is inspected and its chip batch code is recorded against your order, so a reorder two years later can be matched to the original run instead of approximated.

Tell us the destination market at the enquiry stage. Requirements differ between EU member states and some documents need to be issued per configuration, which affects lead time.
Yes. Custom PCB design and widths, non-standard colour temperatures, specific CRI targets, custom cut lengths, private-label packaging and your own reel and carton artwork are all available.
Distributors regularly order under their own brand — we supply neutral packaging or print to your artwork, and we do not include Senfey branding unless you ask us to.
The warranty covers the complete system we supplied — strips, drivers, controllers and profiles — against manufacturing defects and premature failure, for 3 years from the shipment date, provided the products are installed within their stated electrical, thermal and IP ratings.
Replacements are shipped against the batch record on file. Damage from incorrect driver sizing by others, water ingress on non-rated products or physical damage during installation is not covered.
Yes — we provide 1 m free samples for quality evaluation and you only pay the shipping cost. Samples are cut from the same materials and machine settings the production run will use, and they arrive with a measurement report stating lumen output, CCT, CRI and the batch reference.
Samples typically ship within 3–7 days of the specification being confirmed.
Standard products: 5–7 working days.
Custom orders: 10–15 working days after order confirmation.

We accept T/T (bank transfer) and PayPal. For orders above USD 5,000 the standard terms are 70% deposit with the order, 30% before shipment.
For established distributors and repeat project customers we can discuss adjusted terms — tell us your usual arrangement and we will look at it.
