Product Overview
The Senfey ES-PA-12050A is the one reel, one adapter driver — the 12V tier that matches how strip is actually sold. A standard 5 m reel of 12V 7.2 W/m draws 36W, and this adapter carries it on 48W of usable output with margin to spare — which is why distributors bundle it into kit-boxes and specifiers default to it on a single continuous run. Universal 100–240V AC input covers EU / US / UK / AU on one plug-head kit, and the barrel jack lands straight on a 12V pigtail.

The 7.2 W/m row is the reason this tier exists: a full reel plus the two or three metres of offcut a joinery run always needs, on one adapter and one socket. That covers kitchen, wardrobe and vanity packages (cabinet strip installations) and 5 m distributor kit-boxes shipped as a sealed unit (wholesale supply orders). It is the mid-range driver for our 12V SMD strip line; the power supply selection guide covers the tiers either side.
Not For — When to Ask Us for a Different SKU
Undersized once a run goes long or high-density. Ten metres of 12V 14.4 W/m draws 144W — past every desktop adapter we build, so that circuit needs a rack-mount supply or splitting across separate legs; ask us to lay it out. For a 5 m run of the same strip, step up to the 96W adapter instead. Wrong bus for 24V, RGB / RGBW / RGBCW or 5V addressable strip: 12V constant-voltage only. IP20 dry-indoor housing, so outdoor signage or a wet cove needs a sealed driver — ask what we can supply. Non-dimmable: for 0-10V, DALI or Triac control specify a dimmable driver, or add a PWM dimmer such as our inline single-colour dimmer downstream.
