Product Overview
The Senfey ES-PA-12020A is the single-fixture driver in our 12V range — specified per detail, not per room. On 80% de-rating it carries 4 m of 12V 4.8 W/m strip, or 2.6 m at 7.2 W/m: a mirror surround, one drawer bank, a headboard reveal. Its advantage over the 36W tier is the case, small enough to sit inside a mirror frame or shallow plinth void where a larger adapter has nowhere to go. Universal 100–240V AC input on one plug-head kit.

Usable output is about 19W, so size this one per detail and check watts per metre before committing — the difference between 4.8 and 7.2 W/m is the difference between 4 m and 2.6 m.

Not For — When to Ask Us for a Different SKU
Undersized the moment a run becomes a continuous length rather than a detail. A full 5 m reel of 12V 7.2 W/m draws 36W, past this tier — that is the 60W adapter’s job. Five metres of 14.4 W/m draws 72W and needs a 90W-class supply, so take the 96W unit; the power supply selection guide sets out where each tier stops. Wrong bus for 24V, RGB / RGBW / RGBCW or 5V addressable strip: 12V constant-voltage only. IP20 dry-indoor housing, so outdoor signage or a wet cove needs a sealed driver — ask what we can supply for that circuit. Non-dimmable: for 0-10V, DALI or Triac control specify a dimmable driver, or put a PWM dimmer such as our inline single-colour dimmer downstream.
