The ES-COB-810-10MM-12V-RGB is Senfey’s densest 12V RGB COB strip, specified when the fitting is close enough to touch — booth soffits, bar-top reveals, headboards and vitrines where a guest sits within arm’s reach of the diffuser. At that distance density is what saves the detail: a coarser strip resolves into separate colour points as the eye approaches, while this one holds an unbroken line of colour. The 10 mm board also carries more copper than a narrower build, which matters on RGB work specifically, because a saturated scene held for hours runs the emitters hard rather than in the short bursts a white cove sees. It belongs to Senfey’s COB LED strip family.

Not For — When to Ask Us for a Different SKU
Two limits decide whether this SKU suits the drawing. First, run length: at this density on a 12V bus the tail of a single segment starts falling away after roughly 3 m, so a long unbroken cove needs a higher-voltage build or a decoder per zone — send the run schedule and we will mark the breaks. Second, slot width: the 10 mm board will not seat in an 8 mm CNC slot with adhesive clearance — our COB LED strip width guide sets out the narrower options. Beyond those, the IP20 construction is unjacketed, ruling out anything outdoors or damp; and because one signal drives the whole length, the strip holds a single colour at a time — a brief showing colour travelling along the run needs an addressable COB LED strip.

On a close-view RGB job the risk is two adjacent reveals settling on visibly different colour, so we hold output batch-to-batch across the order and pre-solder common-anode headers with the polarity marked, so nobody is guessing polarity behind finished joinery.
