These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and business customers ("you" or "Buyer") who access or use our Website for the purpose of inquiring about, ordering, or purchasing LED strip lighting products and related accessories on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.

2. Account Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe violates these Terms or is used for fraudulent purposes.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our LED strip products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, dimensions, and specifications may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing tolerances.
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Website are for reference purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Quotation and Orders

  • All prices listed on the Website are indicative and subject to confirmation. Final pricing will be provided in a formal quotation based on your specific requirements, order quantity, and delivery terms.
  • An order is only confirmed once we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice. Submission of an inquiry or purchase request does not guarantee acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the proforma invoice or sales contract agreed upon by both parties.
  • Common payment methods include wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other methods as mutually agreed.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and verified.
  • All bank charges or transaction fees incurred on the Buyer's side shall be borne by the Buyer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping methods and costs will be quoted based on the destination, order volume, and preferred delivery terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP).
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title to the products shall pass to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

7. Inspection and Claims

  • The Buyer shall inspect all goods promptly upon receipt. Any claims regarding visible defects, shortages, or shipping damage must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic or video evidence.
  • Claims made after the specified period may not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow product guidelines.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom and bulk nature of B2B orders, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved by us in writing.
  • Products that are custom-made, cut-to-length, or specifically sourced for the Buyer are generally non-returnable.
  • If a return is approved, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

9. Warranty

  • Our LED strip products carry a limited warranty as specified on the respective product pages or in the sales agreement.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, exposure to conditions exceeding specified ratings, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence. We may, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit for the defective products.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Senfey Lighting or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.
  • Use of our product images or descriptions for resale purposes requires written authorization from us.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or business-sensitive information exchanged during the course of business, including but not limited to pricing, product specifications, order details, and trade secrets. This obligation survives the termination of any business relationship.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senfey Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or power failures.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, its servers, or any connected systems.
