A strip factory that learned to engineer whole systems
Senfey Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. started in 2012 making SMD strip for wholesale. Project clients kept asking us to solve the parts around the strip — drivers, profiles, control — so we built the engineering team to do it. Today over 40% of our staff work in technical roles.
We Fly to Our Customers, Not Just Trade Shows
Our management team travels to Europe every year to sit down with distributors, contractors and brand owners — reviewing project pipelines, specification changes and compliance requirements face to face, on their site.
Annual on-site visits across Europe
Direct visits and face-to-face meetings with lighting distributors, contractors and brand owners — not phone calls from Shenzhen.
Built for European documentation standards
We track what each market expects on reliability, colour consistency, packaging, labelling, declarations of conformity and long-term supply stability.
Customer feedback drives the product roadmap
Requests from European projects have shaped our CCT range, CRI targets, private-label packaging and the zone-labelling delivery service.
We listen, improve, and manufacture based on real market feedback. Staying close to European and international customers is what lets us supply LED strip systems built around how projects actually get installed — not just catalogue products.
Who we are
Engineering capability, not just manufacturing
We run a production facility in Shenzhen with six automated SMT lines and an in-house R&D centre, plus an office in Zhongshan for commercial and export support.
The difference is where our work stops. Most strip factories sell a component and leave system integration to the buyer. We configure the full assembly — strip, profile, power supply, controller and accessories — then power-test it together before it ships.
“Our team includes lighting designers, electrical engineers and project managers. We speak the language of contractors and specifiers — drawings, photometrics, control protocols and site constraints.”
Our team
Engineering-first structure
Typical LED factories are sales-driven, so technical questions get relayed second-hand. Here, 23 of our staff sit in technical roles and you talk to them directly.
System design, photometric analysis and per-project configuration.
New product development, thermal management and optics design.
Incoming material inspection, in-line testing and final audit.
One named PM per major project, from order through the warranty period.
Named contacts beat org charts. If you want, we'll put the engineer who will handle your project on the first call — ask for it in your inquiry.
What you get
Built for project work, not box-moving
Six things a contract buyer usually has to chase separately. We treat them as part of the order.
Project quantity support
10,000 m+ monthly capacity. Orders from 1,000 to 100,000 metres with consistent lead times — the small order and the big one come off the same line.
System configuration from your drawings
Send the floor plan. We return exact quantities for strip, power supplies, controllers, profiles and accessories — a bill of materials, not a price list.
Custom engineering specs
Cut lengths to ±1 mm, colour temperature 2200K–6500K, IP20–IP68 and CRI 90+/95+ — specified per zone, not per catalogue page.
Technical documentation
IES/LDT photometric files, wiring diagrams, installation guides and spec sheets ship with every project order — no separate request needed.
Installation support
Video calls with the engineer who configured your order. Every piece labelled with its install location so the site crew isn't guessing.
3-year system warranty
Cover applies to the whole configured system, not individual parts — so nobody argues about whether the driver or the strip failed.
All 22 Manufacturing Stages
The complete flow every reel passes through in our 15,000 ㎡ facility — including 8 dedicated inspection and test gates.
